Mini Easter Cheesecakes

You gotta make these!!
Delicious No Bake Mini Easter Cheesecakes
They are so simple to make and everyone will love them!
Here's what you need:-
Crust
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup salted butter
(l also add 1 tbsp or 2 of dark brown sugar)
-pat down into your silicone baking cups and place in fridge while you make your filling.
Filling
1/2 cup whipping cream (heavy cream)
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp sour cream
squeeze of lemon (1tsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup crushed Mini Easter Eggs (save some of
the pieces for the topping)
