Black wheat

Black wheat? Mostly yellow wheat is cultivated all over the world, but there are many varieties of wheat which have purple, blue and black color and they are also regularly cultivated. All these colors of wheat are actually due to different mutations and their plants are also produced naturally, but in order to achieve higher yields, biologists have made their acquisition relatively easy through the technique of crossbreeding, which is genetically modified. Organisms (GMOs) are not GMOs, meaning that experts have not engineered them with the help of genetics, but have contributed significantly to their production. These purple, blue and black colored wheats are superior to yellow colored wheats in terms of nutrition. As for black wheat, its color is due to an excess of a specific antioxidant pigment called anthocyanin. There are no disadvantages of using this black wheat, but only benefits for human health
