These aren't real people - they were generated by a neural network. The Arcads.ai neural network generates videos of people who are very hard to distinguish from real people. To generate them, all you need to do is write a script and choose an actor to voice the text. Very soon we will no longer understand where live people are blogging and where neural networks are.
