The plot is about some humans who are transformed into supervillains and attack innocent humans. As a result, Emily, the main character and her parents were killed by them. She then decides to put an end to those miscreants when she grows older. There was her friend, who always looked after her, but they had a fight one day and were separated. They didn't meet for many years. Then Lydia, Emily's friend, discovers Emily has become a scientist. She goes to her office and suddenly due to pressing something some serums inject into her face. Later, Emily trains Lydia to defeat the villains, and Lydia transforms into a superhuman. Emily has some hidden powers as well; they dress up in a special suit and go to a show where the villains attack and defeat them. They establish themselves as the Thunder Force and become well-known. Later, they also fight with the miscreant leader, who was leading all miscreants to kill people in order to get votes; it was his trick, but he loses elections and also loses the fight with the thunder force. His plan of ending the mayor through a blast fails, and he is thrown out of the building. The mayor and the thunders were both saved. At the end of the film, Jerry, who was also a miscreant, saved Lydia and was shown with Lydia and they were eating meat; this was the conclusion of the 1st movie.
