Ingredients: cake layer: 2 eggs. 7g of vanilla sugar. ~1/4 cup of sugar (60g). ~1/4 cup of vegetable oil (50ml). ~1/4 cup of yogurt (60g). 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder (25g). 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (60g). 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder (8g). 1 teaspoon of vinegar (5ml). a pinch of salt. ~3/4 cup of milk (200g). 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. cream layer : ~3/4 cup of whipping cream (200ml). 1 tablespoon of sugar (20g). chocolate layer: 160g of dark chocolate. ~3/4 cup of whipping cream (200ml). chocolate sprinkles (optional).
