Venice launches 5-euro tourist entry fee to curb overcrowding
The city of Venice in Italy has introduced a 5-euro entry fee for tourists who haven’t booked an accommodation in the city. A regulatory entry fee has been introduced for day-trippers and aims to curb overcrowding. NBC News’ Claudio Lavanga reports on the new fee.
