Nigerian Soldier brutalises elderly traffic officer on duty

This act must be condemned. This ugly incident happened at bata junction aba. How can a soldier be fighting dirty beating an elderly traffic officer in a broad daylight? I don't care to know what cause the fracas but this not what we know soldiers for. Help me tag their boss @HQNigerianArmy @MaureenChinaka as a citizen this must be investigated and those involved should be made to pay..
