Russia blames mobile phones for 89 soldiers killed in Makiivka, not military

Russia's defense ministry said on Wednesday (January 4) that 89 servicemen had been killed in the Ukrainian attack on Makiivka in the Moscow-controlled parts of the Donetsk region, adding the main reason for the attack was unauthorised use of mobile phones by the troops.
