Aerobic exercise is an oxygen-consuming activity (otherwise called endurance exercise, cardio, or cardiorespiratory activity) and is true low- to extreme-intensity activity that relies primarily on a high-impact energy-generating process. Aerobics exercise activity is done by repeating groups of light to direct power exercises for extended time frames. High-impact exercise might be better referred to as “exclusively vigorous” because it is intended to be low-energy and an adequate number of starches are energetically transformed into energy through mitochondrial ATP generation. Mitochondria are organelles that depend on oxygen to digest carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
