Russia Raises Makiivka Death Toll, Blames Use Of Mobile Phones; Ukraine Blows Up Ammo Warehouse
Russia's ministry of defence has increased the official death toll in the Makiivka missile attack to 89 servicemen. The ministry also blamed the unauthorised use of mobile phones by the troops for the incidents.
