Putin Deploys Zircon, Zelensky Warns of New Russian Offensive

Several explosions were reported in the Black Sea port of Sevastopol overnight on January 4. The Kremlin-installed Governor of Sevastopol said Russia’s air defence systems shot down two UAVs over the sea in the Belbek area. Ukraine’s General Staff has said that Russia is suffering heavy losses in the Zaporizhzhia region as fighting intensifies. Ukrainian intelligence has claimed that Russia produces 15-20 Kalibr missiles and about 30 Kh-101 missiles per month. Meanwhile, Russian President Putin has sent a frigate, off to the Atlantic Oceans armed with Zircon hypersonic missiles.
