anchor on a certain tone

why because I have no idea who this person is but I will allow them to see the fact that I believe in myself believe in my company and I'm not going to do it the whole call because that might upset you but at least I will in the beginning try to anchor on a certain tone that can wiggle a little bit but at least be courteous and listening expecting somebody especially on a retention call to understand their position and thank you for sharing that for me man that should be part of the Apple you're biting when you're juggling.there should be the top five or l you should be able to do in six languages you should be prepared for this there are tell signs with these people and so you my friend don't be complacent on these calls
