Control your Tongue in Anger and your Hands on Dinner table

Controlling your tongue in anger and your hands at the dinner table are two essential aspects of self-discipline. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "When one of you becomes angry, he should keep silent" (Tirmidhi). Similarly, being mindful of our eating habits, not overindulging, and eating with gratitude are crucial. By guarding our tongue and hands, we demonstrate self-awareness, respect for others, and devotion to Allah. This self-control brings inner peace, strengthens our character, and pleases our Creator.
