Ar-Rafi (الرَّافِعُ) is one of the 99 Names of Allah (Asma’ul Husna). It means "The Exalter" or "The One Who Raises". It signifies that Allah elevates whomever He wills in status, honor, and ranks, both in this world and the Hereafter. He raises the righteous, grants success, and lifts people from hardship.
