Kitchen recipes no. 23 ("Gobi Almonds Malai Tikka")
Ingredients-
Cauliflower - 2 Cup
Soaked almonds - ⅓ cup
Thick Curd - ¼ Cup
Ginger garlic chilli paste - 1 Tsp
Black pepper powder - ¼ Tsp
Grated Cheese – 1 Tbsp
Gram Flour – 1 Tsp
Salt As per taste
Melted Butter- 2 Tbsp
Chopped almonds - 2 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes
Chopped Green Coriander
Recipe preparation-
Step 1: For this I have soaked Australian almonds.
Step 2: Now we will blanch the Cauliflower.
Step 3: After this, peel off the skin of almonds and add them to the mixer jar. Add thick curd and
Make a smooth paste and transfer it to a bowl.
Step 4: In a Bowl mix Ginger garlic chilli paste, Black pepper powder, grated cheese, besan and salt to taste.
Step 5: Strain the gobi, put it in a bowl and mix it.
Step 6: Airfry the coated gobi.
Step 7: Lastly take butter in a pan and add chopped almonds, chilli flakes and green coriander.
After roasting, add air fried gobi and serve crunchy almond malai gobi tikka.
