Kitchen recipes no. 42 ("Sprouts Dahi Bhalla chat (high protein,Non-fried)")
✅Recipe details:
Coarsely grind 1 cup green moong sprouts (you can use any sprouts)
In that add 1 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp curd
2-3 tbsp Rava
Salt
Mix everything together and rest for 15 mins
Add 1/4th tsp baking soda and mix
Make small vadas and steam for 10-12 minutes
Assemble the vadas like dahi bhalla chat and enjoy
