Rejecting Unethical Business Offers.

It's a good question. I'm mostly working. I'm an outsourced. Yeah. So I work with companies in Canada and the United States, some local and a little bit in Europe. I reject more accounts than I accept. It's not like I don't want to grow, but I have to be realistic in regards to the client's expectations and the profile and skill sets of the candidates that I'm hiring. Plus, I'd like to reduce attrition and allow myself to sleep at night. And so it's very easy for me when I speak with individuals to see what sort of campaign they're doing. And between me and you and your audience, from time to time, I'll have somebody that's doing something that's gray area, could even be illegal. I'm not going to be their fall guy.
