As-Samī’ (السَّمِيع) is one of the 99 Names of Allah in Islam. Pronunciation: As-Samī’ – (As-Sa-Mee’) – السَّمِيع Meaning & Explanation: The All-Hearing – Allah hears everything, whether spoken or unspoken. Perfect Hearing – His hearing is not limited by distance, language, or volume. He Responds – He listens to the prayers, supplications, and needs of His creation. Qur’anic Reference: One example is in Surah Al-Baqarah (2:256): "Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing." (إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ)
