What advice would you give our audience about cold calling and reaching out to new prospective customers? Make sure whatever you're representing is ethical and not illegal. Because people hate making phone calls if they're doing something they're not comfortable with. But if I'm calling in regards to puppies and ice cream, I can do that all day long. That's nice calls. And secondly, I request from the client to make sure that the list is scrubbed, so we're not calling people on a do not call list. They maybe have opted in to receive a phone call or information. Those are better leads. And if the leads are completed, it allows me a chance to do some due diligence prior to the call so it's not just a random cold call. Max Yao Leadership Podcast.
