Don't Persu your "Nafs* against the Rules of Allah

The perpetual struggle between the soul's desires and Allah's commands is a defining aspect of the human experience. Our Nafs, or ego, often tempts us with fleeting pleasures and selfish whims, but as believers, we must resist its persuasive voice when it contradicts Allah's divine rules. By prioritizing Allah's will over our own desires, we demonstrate our loyalty, obedience, and love for Him.
