What about the IT director? I didn't have the cognitive skills to go to school and get those Cisco certificates. I pay the big dollars for those people to be available when I need them. But they're not making phone calls like the guys on the floor. No, they're specialists. And when you need them the most, they're there for you. And I understand the value of the IT department and sometimes their leisure time. Trust me.
