Vancouver car attack leaves 11 people dead

Canada's Prime Minister says he is “heartbroken” after 11 people were killed and dozens injured in a car ramming attack in Vancouver. A man was arrested after a vehicle was driven into crowds celebrating a cultural event. The incident occurred near East 41st Avenue and Fraser Street shortly after 8pm on Saturday evening.
