Chicken Bread Pockets Ingredients for Bread Pockets: Bread slices as required Beaten eggs as required Bread crumbs as required Oil (for frying) as required Ingredients for Bread Pockets Mixture: Oil 3 tbsp Chicken (boneless) 500 g Soy sauce 2 tbsp Chili sauce 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste Black pepper powder 1 tsp Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Ketchup 1/4 cup Lettuce leaves as required Directions: 1. Take 2 bread slices and cut the edges, place them on top of each other, and flatten them with a rolling pin. Cut them into a round shape with a cutter. Do the same with all bread slices. 2. Now dip them in beaten eggs and coat them in bread crumbs. Deep fry them until crispy and fully done. Set aside. 3. In a pan heat oil and add chicken, and cook it until it changes color. 4. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper powder, and red chili flakes and mix it well. Now at the end add onion and capsicum and cook for 2-3 mins. Add ketchup and cook until the chicken is fully done. Your Chicken Veggies Mixture is ready. 5. Take the prepared bread pockets and cut them in half. 6. Place a lettuce leaf in them and add the prepared Chicken Veggie Mixture in it. 7. Your Chicken Bread Pockets are ready. Serve and enjoy. Prep time: 15-20 mins Cooking time: 25-30 mins Servings: 4-5
