But when you speak with somebody, my goodness gracious, you can really get those tell signs. You can get the goodies out of it that you would have never gotten before. And so I can't stress that enough. And I think more people are used to not communicating. So when they are in a social situation, just from cocktails or business meetings or just on the cuff, that engine ain't starting. It's like wrinkles in a shirt. Their grammar's bad.
