Or they're just overwhelmed and they really want somebody to assist them to tee it up for them. And they go in and close. Listen, a lot of companies, my friend, it's about letting go. I'm not telling you to give the keys to the company, but if you're overwhelming yourself with making phone contacts, it's like someone that owns a restaurant. You can't do everything. And so you don't also want to hire the cheapest person because it could ruin your clientele base and they might not want to come back. And so that's why I always ask for the profile, specificontacty what you're looking for in the expectations. And when I read scripts, it's very interesting how they kind of write it.
