tsp peppercorns
water
onion peels (from 5 onions)

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dry garlic
1 tsp basil
Place the meat in a container, add salt, bay leaf, peppercorns, peels and to a boil and cook for 1 mix the paprika, pepper, garlic and basil, sprinkle the brisket with this in parchment, let cool and put in the refrigerator we get gorgeous, tender meat
