The movie is about a talented martial artist who unites with a probation officer to manage and apprehend paroled criminals wearing electronic ankle bracelets. Synopsis Lee Jeong-do (played by Kim Woo-bin) is a ninth-degree martial arts expert in various disciplines, including Taekwondo, Kendo, and Judo, who works as a casual delivery driver. One day, he stumbles upon a violent parolee, tracked by a GPS ankle monitor, beating up a police officer. Using his skills, Jeong-do intervenes and is subsequently recruited as a contract "martial arts officer" under the Ministry of Justice. He teams up with a probation officer, Kim Seon-min (played by Kim Sung-kyun), and what starts as a routine job monitoring low-level offenders turns serious as they uncover a network of dangerous criminals, including child predators.
