Everyone believes Santa keeps a list the naughty and the nice. But the legend leaves out the third list the one he hides from the world. The Taken. On Christmas Eve, a family discovers an old parchment rolled beneath their doorstep. At first, it looks like a prank names written in faded ink, covered in frost. But then they notice the last name on the list is their own. Strange noises echo through the house. Footsteps crunch across the roof, stopping directly above their bedroom. The lights flicker. Something heavy moves down the chimney, far larger than a man. This isnt the Santa from the stories. This one doesnt bring presents he comes for the ones marked long ago. As the clock strikes midnight, the list begins to rewrite itself and the family realizes theyre not being hunted for what they did this year but for what their ancestors did a century ago. Tonight, the list comes to collect its debt.
