At one point, Amy sacrifices herself to distract the werewolves, allowing Wesley to continue alone. Meanwhile, Lucy and Emma defend their home against relentless attacks, including from their neighbor Cody Walker (James Michael Cummings), who has transformed into a werewolf. Wesley arrives in time to assist but, as dawn approaches and his serum wears off, he begins to transform. In his werewolf state, he kills Cody but resists harming his family. With the sunrise, Wesley reverts to human form, reuniting with Lucy and Emma, and confirming the serum's potential efficacy.
