The conjuring 2 explanation

The Conjuring 2 is based on the real-life Enfield Poltergeist case from 1977. The story follows paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren as they travel to England to help a single mother and her children who are being terrorized by a supernatural force. At first, the spirit claims to be an old man named Bill Wilkins, but later it is revealed that this ghost is only a trap. The real evil is the demon Valak, who uses fear, possession, and deception to destroy Lorraine’s faith and kill Ed Warren. Lorraine discovers Valak’s true name, and by using it, she finally defeats the demon and saves the possessed child. This movie shows that faith, love, and courage are stronger than any evil force.
