Hello Fiverr Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am facing an issue with one of my active orders. The order status is showing "In Process" and the timer says "Due in 48 hours." However, the second milestone is still showing "Waiting for Start." Because the milestone has not been started by the client, I am unable to see the delivery option, and therefore I cannot submit the work. I have already contacted the client multiple times over the past two days, but I have not received any response. I am concerned that the timer is running and it may negatively affect my account performance, even though I am unable to proceed without the milestone being started. Kindly please review this issue and either pause/extend the timer or advise on how I should proceed. Thank you for your assistance.
