Ingredients for grilled sandwiches Garlic cheese bread (I used a loaf and cut my own thick slices), you can use Texas toast or any other thick sliced bread. 1-2 large onions, diced and grilled 1-2 lbs. Thinly sliced pastrami or thinly sliced Cajun-style turkey (you can use any deli meat you like) Yellow mustard Mayonnaise of your choice Dill marinade slices 2-4 cups grated cheddar cheese
