100 Russian Troops Killed In Soledar, “Wagner Finds Missing Briton’s Body”, Zaporizhzhia Shelled

Ukraine’s General Staff claims that it has killed over 100 Russian soldiers near the town of Soledar. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia sees its attempted capture of Soledar as a propaganda tool. A Russian adviser in the Donetsk region claims that around 500 Ukrainian troops are trapped in Soledar. Ukraine has said that Russian army attacked Zaporizhzhia in the early hours of Jan. 12, damaging infrastructure facilities and houses. Ukraine’s military said that Russian troops opened fire on the Kherson region 90 times, killing one civilian and injuring five others. Russia’s Wagner group claims its forces found the body of one of two British volunteers reported to be missing in Ukraine. Vladimir Putin showed his rage at Russia's troubled economy and stuttering war effort as he publicly humiliated his Deputy PM. Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom has said that the EU is prepared for a long war and will support Kyiv for as long as it takes. Russian state TV presenter Olga Skabeyeva said that the country was "alone against the world" and was "drained" after 10 months of war.
