Build a Strong Back with the Lat Pulldown Machine
The lat pulldown is one of the best exercises for building a strong and wide back. This movement targets the latissimus dorsi (lats), along with the upper back, rear shoulders, and biceps. Sit firmly on the lat pulldown machine, grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width, and pull the bar down toward your upper chest while keeping your chest up and back straight. Focus on squeezing your back muscles at the bottom of the movement, then slowly return the bar to the starting position with control. Consistent training with proper form helps improve back strength, posture, and overall upper-body development
