Ingredients for Beef Yakhni :
Beef - 1 Kg
Onion (Pyaz) - 2 Medium
Garlic (Lehsan) - 6- or 7 cloves
Fennel Seeds (Sonf) - 1 Tsp
Whole Coriander (Sookha Dhania) - 1 Tbsp
Cardamon (Sabz Ilaichi) - 4 - 5
Cinnamon (Daar chini) - 2 Sticks
Javitri - 1 small
Black pepper (Kali Mirch) - 1 Tsp
Whole Cumin (Sabit Zeera) - 1 Tsp
Cloves (Laung) - 4-5
Salt - 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Water - 2 Ltr
Add the above ingredients in a Pressure Cooker (Please use pressure cooker with safety precautions) and cook it for 20 to 25 minutes until the beef is tender.
Ingredients for pulao:
Oil - 1/2 Cup
Onion - 2 Large (Fry till Golden Brown and save Half for later use)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Tomato Puree - 1 Cup (230 ml)
Cloves (Laung) - 3
Badyan (mace Spice) - 1
Black Cardamon (Bari Ilaichi) - 2
Whole cumin (Sabit Zeera) - 1 Tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Whole Coriander (Sookha Dhania) - 1 Tsp crushed
Salt - 1 & 1/2 Tsp (or as per taste)
Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) - 2 Crushed
Aloo Bukhara - 10 - 12 (Optional)
Nutmeg (Jaifil) - 1/2 Tsp grated
Dahi - 1/2 Cup (Mix until oil separates)
Rice - 1/2 Kg (Socked for 30 minutes)
Green Chilli - 2 whole
Sonf - 1/4 Tsp (crushed)
Recipe Reborn Pulao Masala - 1/2 Tsp
