A man accused of stealing unreleased Beyoncé music in Atlanta last year entered a guilty plea before the case was scheduled to go to trial. Kelvin Evans pleaded guilty on Tuesday, May 12, to multiple charges related to the heist. On July 8, 2025, the 40-year-old was spotted on surveillance cameras breaking into a parked Jeep Wagoneer two days before Beyoncé's Atlanta stop on her Cowboy Carter tour. The car had been rented by a member of the 44-year-old pop icon's team. Kelvin was arrested shortly after the theft, though none of the 'sensitive material' that he allegedly nabbed was ever leaked to the public, including rumored unreleased music contained on the hard drives.Facing up to six years in prison and having turned down a plea deal in March, Kelvin was sentenced to two years behind bars by Fulton County Superior Court.
