Saltanat-i-Usmania, also known as the Ottoman Empire, was a multi-ethnic and multi-religious state that existed from 1299 to 1923. It was founded by Osman I and was ruled by the Ottoman dynasty. The empire spanned three continents, including parts of Europe, Asia, and Africa. It was dissolved after World War I, and its territory was divided among the victorious Allied powers.
