Crunches: Crunches are a classic exercise for targeting your abs. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground. Be sure to keep your lower back pressed into the floor.
Russian twists: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat. Hold a weight with both hands and lean back slightly. Twist your torso to the right, then to the left, tapping the weight on the floor beside your hip each time.
Leg raises: Lie on your back and raise your legs straight up in the air. Lower them slowly back down to the ground.
Supermans: Lie face down on the floor with your arms and legs extended. Simultaneously raise your arms, legs, and head off the floor and hold for a moment before lowering back down.
