**GUR MO Ukraine Helicopters Assist in Extinguishing Fires After Russian Ballistic Missile Attack on Kyiv**

On the night of July 19, 2026, the aggressor state Russia launched another terrorist attack using ballistic missiles on civilian facilities in Kyiv and the region. To eliminate large-scale fires that resulted from the Russian attack in several districts of the capital, helicopter crews of the GUR (Main Intelligence Directorate) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine were deployed to assist rescuers of the State Emergency Service @dsns_ukraine. Thanks to well-coordinated joint actions of DSNS specialists and GUR pilots, the fire was quickly controlled, localized, and extinguished to prevent greater destruction.
