The 1950 American one-reel animated cartoon is the 47th Tom and Jerry short, directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, and produced by Fred Quimby. It is a three-minute snippet from the series. The 1950s saw the debut of this Tom and Jerry short. Quacker the duckling makes his screen debut in Little Quacker. He would later appear in seven additional shorts, becoming one of the more enduring supporting characters in the Tom and Jerry cartoon series.
