MATAR PULAO RECIPE by Rabia Kay Chatkharay
This instant peas pulao is so fragrant and mildly flavored it can be paired with any curries or a meal on its own when served with some freshly made cucumber onion raitha.
MATAR PULAO
INGREDIENTS:
- Rice ½ kg
- Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) Paste 1 TBS
- Adrak (Ginger) Paste 1 TBS
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-7
- Garam Masala (Whole Spices
- Cooking Oil ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion Sliced) ½ Cup
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 TSP
- Namak (Salt) 1 TSP or to taste
- Pani (Water) 1 up or as Required
