SPECIAL BREAD AND EGG RECIPE!!
This simple recipe removes the intimidation of bread-making by eliminating the kneading process entirely.IngredientsAll-Purpose or Bread Flour: 3 cups (360g)Active Dry Yeast: 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp)Salt: 1 ½ tspWarm Water: 1 ½ cups (approx. 43°C / 110°F)Honey or Sugar: 1 tbspInstructionsActivate the Yeast: Stir the warm water, sugar, and yeast together in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.Mix the Dough: Add the flour and salt to the bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until a sticky, shaggy dough forms and no dry flour remains.First Rise: Cover the bowl with a damp cloth. Let it rest at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours until it doubles in size and looks bubbly.Shape & Second Rise: Grease an 8.5 x 4.5-inch loaf pan. Gently scrape the dough into the pan, smoothing the top. Let it rise uncovered for another 30 minutes.Bake: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the loaf for 30 to 35 minutes until the crust is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on top. Cool completely before slicing.
