Helicopter crashes near Kyiv nursery, killing children and Ukrainian minister

BREAKING - THREE kids and a Ukrainian minister are among 18 people killed after a helicopter crashed and sparked a huge fire at a nursery. Nine people were on board the chopper when it hit a residential area in the city of Brovary, Kyiv Oblast, this morning. Some 18 people including three kids died and 29 people, including ten children, are in hospital. The country's police chief said Ukraine's interior minister Denys Monastyrskyi, his deputy Yevhen Yenin and the state secretary Yurii Lubkovych were also killed.
