The Crocodile Keeper's Shovel Once upon a time, there was a brave zoo keeper who managed a farm full of giant crocodiles. Every afternoon, the crocodiles would come out of the pool to sunbathe along the muddy banks. To keep the animals safe and guide them back into the water, the keeper used a long red shovel. Whenever a crocodile got too close or stayed out for too long, he would gently tap or wave the shovel near them. Startled by the shovel, the massive reptiles would turn around, scuttle across the ground, and dive straight back into the cool water. With patience and his trusty shovel, the keeper maintained peace and order on the crocodile farm every day.
