Daniel and the Fiery Furnance (2026)
The movie follows the journey of Daniel (Mena Massoud), a brilliant young Jewish man taken captive to Babylon after Jerusalem is conquered by the armies of King Nebuchadnezzar (Elijah Alexander).
Despite living as exiles in a foreign land, Daniel and his three close friends—Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego—rise to prominent positions within the royal court due to the extraordinary wisdom and discernment granted to them by God. However, their sudden success sparks deep jealousy and political intrigue among the native Babylonian officials.
The ultimate test of faith arrives when King Nebuchadnezzar erects a massive golden statue and issues a royal decree mandating everyone to bow down and worship it. Anyone who refuses faces immediate execution by being thrown into a roaring, blazing furnace. Refusing to compromise their loyalty to God, Daniel and his companions bravely face the extreme punishment, setting the stage for a spectacular miracle within the flames that shakes the entire Babylonian Empire.
