Steamed spiced catfish in banana leaf
Steamed *patin* (silver catfish) in banana leaves (*pepes*) using simple ingredients:
shallots
garlic
*belimbing wuluh* ( bilimbi/cucumber tree fruit)
tamarind
salt
chili peppers (to taste)
Slice everything thinly, then steam.
