Makingurian Coffee Over Open Fire in The Farm - Unique Indonesian Village Coffee*
Authentic village life in Indonesia!
In the middle of a dry cassava farm, covered with fallen leaves, a farmer takes a break and makes a very unique coffee - Durian Coffee!
He makes a small wood fire directly on the ground, using dry twigs and leaves. He puts a small black pan on top and stirs the coffee mixed with durian fruit. The fire is big, the smoke is everywhere, but he enjoys it while smoking a cigarette.
In the background, you can see other farmers resting under a tree, surrounded by green cassava leaves they just harvested. The weather is hot, the ground is dry, and this hot durian coffee is their energy booster.
This is called "Kopi Duren" - a famous traditional drink from Sumatra, Indonesia. The taste is said to be strong, creamy, and very aromatic.
As he said: "Bosku ngudek kopi duren piye wuih!"
