Saturday night in Kuningan Village, West Java. I went for a night ride and found this crowded Pecel Lele and Pecel Bebek stall. The owner makes fresh sambal pecel right in front of you - grinding it in a big clay bowl. I ordered fried duck and fried catfish with white rice, fresh basil, and super spicy sambal. So delicious!
