THE EXTRACTION - One Soldier Wounded, Two Brothers Came Back For Him Under Robot Fire

The city is burning. A massive alien gunship, ADEN, hovers over downtown, dropping white beams that set buildings on fire. Below, white bipedal robot infantry and four-legged tank walkers hunt survivors. In a shattered office building, two young soldiers watch the invasion. One of them gets hit - his leg is torn open, bleeding badly. His brothers don't run. They drag him across broken glass, through smoke and fire, while robots patrol outside the window. They carry him on their shoulders through open streets, past a burning APC, past dead soldiers, while ADEN still fires from above. They find another wounded friend trapped in a burning armored vehicle and pull him out. They get them to a medevac - a paramedic presses a blood-soaked bandage. This is not about winning the war. This is about not leaving your brother.
