Chicken cutlets recipe with Huma
Chicken cutlets:-
Marinate boneless chicken
pieces 250 gram
Ginger garlic paste 1.5tbsp
Shaan Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Red Chili powder 1/2tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4tbsp
Salt to taste
juice of samll half lime later
Cook the chicken and shredd it
For better Tikka effect
Give koyla somke.
In another deep pan/work
Add 3tbsp of oil
Chopped green chillies (2)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and saute it.
Add in 1 big chopped capsicum and carrot.
Saute it till the veggies turn soft.
Add in dhaniya powder 1tbsp.
Oregano 2tbsp
Tikka masala 1 tbsp.
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Mix it and cook for 3-4mints
Then add in the shredded chicken plus
Some chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Saute for a few mint.
Then add in boiled mashed potatoes.
Combine everything well.and adjust the seasonings if needed
Take a small portion of the chicken
Mixture and give desired shapes(square/oval) deep the cutlets in egg and then coat them nicely with Bread crumbs.
Fry them in medium hot oil on medium flame.
Serve hot with your choice of dip.
